Baker & Spice, a joint venture by Dean and the owners of Wagas café chain opened in 2008.

Baker & Spice

Baker & Spice was a concept Dean developed to act as a central bakery for Waga’s many restaurant outlets as well as have its own shop front to retail artisan bakery items.
